Acts 14:19-28 Reflection:
Paul was not easy put off. They were stoned by Jews, dragged outside the town and left for dead. Now, I am sure the Jews knew a man who was dead when they saw one and they thought that they had killed Paul.
Paul headed off the next day and began preaching again, making his way to Antioch, where Paul prophesied,"We have all to experience many hardships before we enter the kingdom of God"
The message of Jesus' resurrection was so real for these men that they did not even care for their own lives, they knew that on the other side lay greater glory.
Why have we lost this message? We are so comfortable in this world we think it can get no better and we don't need God.
When he got to Antioch, Paul gave an account of all that God had done with them.
What would we say if someone asked us for an account of what God has done in our lives?
